My work sits at the intersection of workplace operations, organizational design, and human experience. I believe the way people experience work directly shapes how they communicate, collaborate, and perform, ultimately influencing customer experience and overall company success.

Before launching LustraEX, I spent over 10 years building workplace and people systems from the ground up within Canadian founder-led startups.
